A word of warning to those who have eaten elsewhere - unfortunately these soups do not contain any E's, flour or other thickening agents they may also contain big lumps which are called meat and vegetables !
All produce is wherever possible is sourced as local as possible from independant producers i.e. from within Wales so we make no excuse for the menu prices. With the Cawl for instance we use Salt Marsh Lamb when in season and local at all other times, as with the beef and pork etc
Our eggs are from a farm in Newport and what we don't make ourselves, which isn't much....is from small high quality local manufacturers
